The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a course on formal correspondence methods.
The objective of the course is to equip the participants with the skills to create, write, and understand various types of official documents. It aims to enhance their expertise in dealing with formal correspondence and interpreting the orders and instructions contained in them.
The course, presented by trainer Mahir Oda Bistan, included the presentation and analysis of examples and models of formal documents. It involved examining the structure of each section, studying the options for formulation, conducting tests and practical workshops for participants to practice drafting official documents, reviewing those drafts, correcting mistakes, and repeating the process to achieve the best results
