The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr., participated. Adnan Al-Jourani in the meeting of the Committee of Deans of Faculties of Administration and Economics in Iraq, which took place in the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra and in its meeting hall today, Thursday, 10/19/2023.
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Deans Committee, Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, and in the presence of the deans of the faculties of administration and economics in Iraq.
The meeting discussed the requests submitted by some private colleges regarding opening departments of accounting and oil and gas economics in the faculties of economic sciences and the book, and took appropriate decisions regarding them. The meeting also discussed the book of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which stipulates adding a subject called Crimes of the Buried Resurrection to the bachelor’s curriculum. A proposal was also discussed. Al Ain University added the subject of artificial intelligence to the curriculum of one of the academic subjects in addition to other topics. Appropriate decisions have been taken regarding all the topics presented..
