The Internal Medicine Branch at the College of Medicine at Basra University organized a scientific symposium on the latest developments in dermatology, with the participation of two teachers from the College of Medicine and the Health Department. The symposium aims to improve the performance of dermatologists, increase their expertise, and discuss rare clinical cases in order to solve and treat them. The symposium included a review of new dermatology, cosmetic medicine and laser, presentation of scientific research and discussion of rare medical cases. The symposium recommended the necessity of holding the Sixth International Conference on Dermatology in 2020 and continuing to present rare and undiagnosed cases, which will be reflected in the development of the clinical and scientific capabilities of doctors.
