The Women Empowerment unit at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Basra University, held on Thursday, 26-10-2023, a memorial ceremony for the death of administrative employee Aliah Abboud Mahawi - may Allah have mercy on her.
The memorial ceremony was attended by the dean of the college, assistant professor Dr. Ali Abdullah al-Kanani and a number of professors and staff .. After the generous recitation and reading of Surah Al-Fatiha, the eulogy began with words of lament and a reminder of the biography of the late at the College presented by Mr. Dean, Dr. Tahrir Ali and Dr. Adnan Khalaf.
May Allah have mercy on the lost and dwell in his vast Paradise.. I am for God and I am for him to return.
