Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics - Al-Qurna / University of Basra, and in cooperation with the Youth and Sports Forum of the Martyr Izz al-Din Salim, affiliated with the Basra Youth and Sports Directorate, today the pentathlon football championship was opened for all departments of the college at all levels.
In the presence of the Dean of the College, the distinguished assistants, and the honorable department heads, they blessed the efforts made in establishing such student activities aimed at the spirit of sportsmanship and continuous cooperation.
The tournament was opened with the first match between the Finance Department, the second stage, against the Finance Department team, the third stage ended with the first winning by 9 goals, compared to 3 for its counterpart.
For his part, Mr. Imad, representative of the forum, said that this tournament will continue for two weeks with an individual drop system.
