The thesis presented by the researcher (Intisar Qasim Munawar) included: Type 2 diabetes is a common metabolic disorder in the world that is not limited only to developed countries, but has gone beyond it to reach the rest of the other countries of the world as it has reached epidemic levels (Chatterjee et al., 2017), It is responsible for the deaths of more than 4.2 million cases in 2019 (International Diabetes Federation, 2019) and causes some diseases such as kidney failure, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes is a complex disease associated with many pathophysiological conditions such as inflammation, obesity, fat oxidation, and oxidative stress, and it can These mechanisms lead to decreased insulin secretion from pancreatic beta cells, tissue insulin resistance, and impaired insulin sensitivity ( Galicia-Garcia et al., 2020 ). In addition, diabetes is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by insulin resistance associated with obesity.
