After the Ministry of Higher Education announced the results of central admission, the Registration and Student Affairs Division at the College of Dentistry, University of Basra, began registering accepted students for the academic year 2023/2024.
Registration Division official Jawad Nimah al-Maliki said that the number of those accepted from the General Channel and the Dhahi al-Shuhada Channel was 160 students, both male and female, from Basra Governorate and the Iraqi governorates.
Al-Maliki referred to the mechanism used in registration, which begins with registering the student electronically by filling out a special form that was downloaded on the UMS program on the university and college websites.
He noted the opening of a hall to receive students and the formation of a special committee to receive students and another to complete the registration process while providing all facilities to the students.
