The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah in the presence of the specialized committee in postgraduate studies headed by Dr. Habib Mohsen Hammadi, Head of the Department of Postgraduate Studies at the University of Basrah discussed the full preparations for the establishment of postgraduate studies.
The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Gibran Khalil Hassan, stated that the College has completed all the necessary requirements of human resources and equipped the classrooms, scientific laboratories and research tools in order to create the required specialization. He added that the goal of this creation is “to graduate a cadre of graduates who hold higher degrees in the specialty of clinical laboratory sciences.” Highly qualified people to expand the educational outcomes at the university and provide the community with solid scientific cards that contribute to enhancing drug security.
He pointed out that this innovation is a qualitative addition to the graduate programs at the college and university, which is in line with the needs of the labor market in light of the widespread interest in pharmaceutical specializations. He congratulated our dear students on this achievement, which will provide opportunities for them to complete their graduate studies and achieve their scientific and professional dreams.
