A lecturer at the College of Science at the University of Basra, Mr. Moataz Hikmat Othman, in the Department of Ecology, published an article entitled Environmental Media.
The article, which included how to increase an individual's experience with the elements, components, issues and problems of the environment, understand the mutual relationship between a person and his surrounding environment, know environmental problems and train to solve them and prevent their occurrence, and the social, economic or sometimes political crises that result from the occurrence of environmental disasters.
The article was published in the Iraqi “sky” news agency, which outlined how to use environmental media and its means to educate the individual to preserve the safety of the environmental environment, serve society, and increase awareness that enables him to confront environmental issues and find solutions to them.
