The College of Dentistry at the University of Basra held a lecture on tooth discoloration of its three types, external, internal and internal, delivered by the lecturer Mortada Imad Abdel Karim.
The lecture discussed the natural color of teeth and the three types of pigmentation, external, internal and internal, to which the teeth may be exposed during the period of tooth formation and growth or after the completion of tooth growth.
The lecture showed how to prevent exposure to tooth stains by avoiding harmful habits such as smoking in all its forms or frequently drinking drinks that cause tooth stains, such as tea and coffee.
The lecture aims to discuss the causes of tooth discoloration and treatment methods for each type of discoloration.
