The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Basra organized a panel discussion on notation and its impact on the specific nature of the initial function.
The seminar, presented by Professor Dr. Mithaq Hassan Abdel Wahed, aimed to explain the effect of nunation in directing the grammatical judgment of the indefinite noun, and the necessity of reconsidering the grammatical ruling stipulated in this issue.
The panel discussion included emphasizing the effectiveness of the phonetic dimension involved in the noun in embodying the value that justifies starting with the indefinite noun, represented by the descriptive meanings packed into it, and explaining its major role in performing the function of descriptive specification that qualifies for that ruling.
