Date Palm Research Centre receives a scientific visit from Education for Pure Sciences College
The Date Palm Research Centre hosted a scientific visit from students of the fourth stage of the biology department in the Education for Pure Sciences College. Accompanied by Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Mohammed Abd and Dr. Aqeel Hussein, the students had the opportunity to learn about the advancements in tissue culture at the centre.
During the visit, Professor Dr. Khayon Ali Mohsen provided a comprehensive explanation of the various steps and stages involved in the tissue culture of palm trees. Additionally, researchers Dr. Muntaha Abdul Zahra Ati and Dr. Ansam Mahdi Saleh offered detailed insights into the laboratories and tissue culture techniques employed at the centre.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Abdul Karim Mohammed expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the centre's management, specifically Dr. Khairallah Moussa Awad, for their cooperation and warm reception.
