Dean of the college of Administration and Economics participates in the scientific symposium on the University of Uruk - Baghdad:
Dr. Yusuf Ali Abd Al--Asadi, Dean of the college of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, participated in the scientific symposium in University of Uruk and under the title ((financial sustainability and financial stability)) by researching ((repairing the general budget step towards financial and economic reform).
Al- Asadi said that the state budget is a major tool for achieving economic and social goals and containing government programs to meet existing challenges, Transit towards future prospects by maximizing state resources and guiding them with their best use and greatest benefit for different groups of society, Re-arrangement of public expenditure and take into account the social dimension as a strategic policy objective of States, explaining that the public budget of the state is considered the financial document for public funds, which is not concerned without another, but is the generals of people, It is known that the State financial policy is working to achieve several goals through what is known as financial instruments, and these tools are in public revenues and public expenditure.
Dr. Munther Al-Shakly, Vice Governor of the Central Bank, was attended by a selection of Iraqi university professors and at the end of the seminar Al-Asadi was honored by the creativity shield by Mr. President of University of Uruk.
