Within the framework of cooperation and integration between the colleges of the University of Basra and according to the directives of the university presidency, the College of Marine Sciences provided a number of study halls to the College of Education for Humanities to fill the shortage in halls due to the increasing number of accepted students.
The Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Nidaa Muhammad Baqir, said that the College of Marine Sciences gratefully supported our college with five modern classrooms to receive students, as a result of the increasing number of accepted students beyond the capacity.
The Dean added that the College of Education for Human Sciences filled the gap in seats and some other equipment, as two hundred seats and some necessary needs were purchased to complete the requirements of the classrooms.
It is noteworthy that the Deanship of the College and the Head of the English Department directly supervised the provision and completion of classroom requirements
