Today, Tuesday, 12/12/2023, the College of Nursing at the University of Basra received the Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Rashk. He was received by the Assistant Professor, Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra.
The visit aimed to review the conditions of the educational and scientific process, and a number of different topics were discussed during the visit
During the meeting, a detailed explanation was given about the college’s preparations for the current academic year, and the college’s needs were reviewed, as well as the most important obstacles and overcoming all difficulties.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Assistant President of the University praised the efforts made by the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, represented by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab, for the progress of the educational process under the current circumstances.
His Excellency also praised the high organizational level in the college’s management in general, especially the scientific laboratories, the nature of the equipment available therein, and the interest in our students. He directed His Excellency to support the college to raise the scientific and educational level of our students.
