The Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Basra organized an introduction ceremony for first-year students.
During the ceremony, which was attended by the head and professors of the department, a welcoming speech was delivered to the students, presented by the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Maeda Mardan. She gave directions and instructions, and urged them to be diligent, persevere, and abide by the duties assigned to them, and how to deal with the professors and respect the relationships of collegiality and cooperation between them, and wished them an academic year full of success.
At the introductory ceremony, poems were recited that sang love for the homeland, presented by the students of the stage, and the ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates of thanks and appreciation to the students organizing the ceremony.
