The College of Nursing at the University of Basra continued the clinical practical exams for college students in the clinical skills laboratory hall of the Community Health Branch.
And under the supervision of the teacher, Dr. Firas Abdel Qader, Head of the Community Health Branch.
This clinical examination system is considered a global examination system that is conducted in many universities, especially in colleges with medical specializations. This system depends on skills and competence in clinical examination, medical procedures, interpretation of results, and determination of treatment.
These exams aim to develop students’ skills and abilities in their performance in exams to reflect positively on the student’s level.
It is worth noting that the modern OSCE system (OSCE). This system is considered one of the modern systems applied in the College of Nursing at the University of Basra and is known as the stations system. Each station represents a satisfactory condition in which the student is asked several questions, and the students take turns at these stations to evaluate his performance in a practical way.
