Board research at the University of Basra College of Medicine discussed the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux by laparoscopic surgery. The research presented by student Ali Adnan Yassin aims to analyze the safety of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux, with attention to the results of the operation, its complications, and the technical difficulties encountered with it. The research found a significant improvement in the difficulty of swallowing and chest pain in patients after the operation, as well as an increase in their weight.
