The United Nations World Food Program - Basra and Southern Region Office extended its thanks and appreciation to the Deanship of the College of Agriculture for its distinguished efforts and successful organization of the training and capacity building program for farmers in the Basra and Dhi Qar governorates. The program aims to enhance farmers' skills and develop modern farming methods such as hydroponic and aquaponics, in order to increase crop productivity and improve food security in the region.
