The thesis presented by the researcher Baha Abdul Mohsen Hassan included the study of the cinema presence, which occupies a large space in some contemporary directorial trends, which are looking to present an advanced theatrical vision, replete with the enormous technological potential involved in cinema artistically and technically.
The thesis aims to reveal the phenomenological underpinnings involved in the cinematic presence in contemporary theatrical presentation.
The thesis concluded that the theatrical performance (in the presence of cinema) goes beyond the new dramaturgy towards the drama of the spectator to recreate its strategies and constructions according to what suits the audience and the expected aesthetic horizon.
