Lecturers at the university of basrah have published a research in an international journal
Dr. Khawla Salman, Dr. Qutaiba Abdul Karim, Dr. Maitham Ali and Dr. Hussein Nasser the lecturers at Pharmacy College ,The University of Basra have published a paper entitled :(Developing analytical methods for estimating metoclopromide-hydrochloric acid and comparing it with the standard substance) in Indian journal :International Journal of Research in Pharmaceutical Science ,with an impact factor (0.08) and included within index of Scopus and Thomson Reuters.
The study has found three new spectral methods within different wavelengths for each method. Effective color reagents are used to interact with metoclopromide and form new colored synthetic bodies with absorption values within the UV region. The aim of the research was to develop three spectral methods in order to estimate metoclopromide in pharmaceutical preparations.
