The University of Basra held the fifth open session of its regular council for the academic year 2023-2024, headed by Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazem, in the presence of his assistants for scientific affairs and administrative affairs, and in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, and the rest of the members of the University Council.
The Council witnessed the discussion of many matters related to the scientific and administrative aspects of the university, which were included on its agenda, and emphasis was placed on the implementation of ministerial directives and the opinion body.
The Council also discussed overcoming the obstacles facing the teaching and administrative staff to continue the development and advancement of the university’s scientific career.
