University of Basra organizes a Seminar on whether the teacher belongs to himself or to the institution and society
The Geography Department at the College of Education for Girls organized a Seminar entitled “Does the teacher belong to himself or to the institution and society?” presented by Dr. Fadia Yacoub.
The Seminar raised the question: Does the teacher belong to himself or does he belong to the institution and society? The answer came that he is the property of the institution and society, as university education falls on his shoulders, and this leads to the development and growth of society.
In addition, it expands the horizons of knowledge and culture, through the contribution of its institutions to graduating human cadres possessing knowledge and training, capable of working in various scientific fields and specializations.
