University of Basra, participates in the Second International Scientific Conference for Medical Sciences of Al-Kunoz Private University College, extend cooperation with private universitys.
Two professors from the Dentistry College at Basra University, have manage the scientific session at this conference, especially in the Dentistry Department of Al-Kunoz College, and under the slogan (Future sunshine towards a better health reality for the Iraqi people), in the College’s Al-Rataj Hall, with the participation of researchers from Iraq and abroad.
Within the framework of joint cooperation between the Dentistry College in Basra University and Al-Kunoz College, the scientific session of the Dentistry Department, was moderated by Professor Sondos Abdel-Wadud, as the head of the session, and Professor Ghaida Hashem, as the rapporteur of the session.
The objective of holding this conference, is to adopt scientific research projects to be a scientific beacon, and also to discover their capabilities and skills in creative and scientific thinking for decision-making and their control over the basic skills of scientific research.
The conference came up with recommendations that would:
1- Contribute to the development of various fields of medical sciences.
2- Forming a qualitative addition to the higher education sector at the level of Basra Governorate.
3- Providing a valuable opportunity to transfer and exchange experiences.
