The Department of Earth Science organized a scientific visit to the Marine Science Center at the University of Basrah, accompanied by students of the third and fourth years within the sedimentology course, for the purpose of informing the students of the equipment and laboratories of the Sedimentary Department and other laboratories. The visit was supervised by professors A.M. Dr.. Miqdad Taher Sadkhan and Eng. Dr.. Zainab Munther Abdel Wahab and M.M. Ahmed Abu Al-Hail, in addition to a number of participating professors.
