The Dentistry College at Basra University topped the world rankings for the year 2024 in the specialty of dentistry at the level of Iraqi universities. The results of the classification showed that the Dentistry College ranked the sixth out of a total of 62 colleges in the specialty of dentistry, despite the difficulty of competing globally in this specialty.
These important results in the classifications come as a result of continuous follow-up by the Deanship of the Dentistry College to implement all aspects of the international classifications and accreditation. It is noteworthy that iraqi universities have achieved advanced ranks globally in various classifications for the year 2024, as universities in countries around the world compete according to evaluation indicators in the fields of teaching, research environment and research quality.
