A lecturer in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Dr. Sinan Saeed Jassim, published an article about the role of a child’s guardians in caring for him in the Medad newspaper, which is published by the Department of Media and Government Communication at the University of Basra.
The article discussed the role of parents in guiding children and caring for them from a psychological and educational perspective, such as paying attention to proper nutrition, and raising them to speak based on public morals and mutual respect, as they affect psychological and social development.
Achieving children's self-security is also an important factor in giving the child moral and emotional development, which is considered an important key to psychological health standards, while ensuring a strong relationship with the parents in an atmosphere saturated with love, kindness and familiarity.
