With the efforts and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Majid Muhammad Jassim, on the occasion of National Afforestation Day, some gardens in the college were rehabilitated and planted with trees and flowers.
The afforestation unit, in cooperation with the services unit, has begun its continuous efforts to plant seedlings and conduct a large afforestation campaign for the college’s gardens to prepare the gardens in preparation for planting seasonal and perennial plants. The campaign included planting different types of seedlings, trees, and evergreen plants to give a beautiful view in addition to the college and its nature, and to increase the green spaces inside. The college provides a healthy atmosphere, as well as developing volunteer work for everyone in order to keep the college looking beautiful and wonderful by maintaining its gardens.
