The college of Dentistry/University of Basrah sets new mechanism for students’ registration during covid-19 outbreak. The mechanism was set during the meeting between the dean, Dr. Fateh Al-Khakani, the Scientific assistant and the director of the students’ affairs unit.
The new mechanism involves the download of an electronic form from the university of Basrah website and another electronic form from the college of dentistry website. These forms can be filled electronically to be printed later on and handed directly to students’ affairs unit.
The new mechanism aims for minimizing the time and maintain social distancing between students during this critical period. The director of the students’ affairs unit added, the students were divided into small groups and given specified appointments to bring their documents ensuring their safety.
