Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Mufid Turki Rashid, and with direct supervision from the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Dr. Muhammad Jawad, the College of Engineering, University of Basra, Department of Civil Engineering, held a scientific trip to the wastewater purification project in Basra Governorate, Hamdan region, accompanied by professors from the department. The visit included a lecture. They provided detailed information about the design and construction of the project, which contributes to building a strong foundation of engineering knowledge. They also directed them towards using modern technologies in implementing projects
The trip aims to acquire scientific knowledge and guidance students towards achieving excellence in this vital field.
