Dr. Azhar Inside and Dr. Mohsen Ali, the teachers of the College of Fine Arts - University of Basra, participated in the second virtual international forum for arts and culture, which was held by the Bellas Arts Foundation in cooperation with the Formation Wings Forum for Peace in Guayaquil in Ecuador with the participation of 368 artists from 46 countries, whose activities continue for the period 10 30 to 27/12/2020
