The two teachers at the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Abdul Mohsen Abdul Hussein Khudair and Professor Dr. Maida Mardan Mohie Al-Taan, were chosen as members of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the International Conference (Crises and their Psychological and Social Impacts on the Individual and Society).
Dr. Abdul Mohsen Khudair stated that the conference is organized by the Faculty of Arts at Gurban University in Libya in cooperation with the Al-Madar Al-Maarifa Center for Research and Studies.
He added that the current crises that society is exposed to have contributed to threatening the psychological structure of individuals, as their effects appear through manifestations of tension, anxiety, distress, and emotional intensity that cause many diseases, and the threat to the security of society, which makes them lose confidence and increases personal differences and rivalries, which contributes to a decrease in the level of productivity of individuals. the society.
Abdul Mohsen stated that this cooperation reflects the scientific level and good reputation that Iraqi universities have reached around the world
