The President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazem, conducted an inspection visit to the College of Engineering. The visit included a meeting with the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Mufid Turki Rashid, the assistants and heads of departments. There was also a discussion about the academic levels of students and the conduct of examinations in the college. The President of the University also opened an exhibition during his visit.
