A teacher from the College of Engineering, University of Basra, participates in a research competition for doctoral students in the Middle East and North Africa.

Dr. Ethar Al-Kamil, a lecturer at the University of Basra, College of Engineering, Department of Petroleum Engineering, participated as a member of the jury for the doctoral student research competition held by the International Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) at the level of the Middle East and North Africa, which was held at the Petroleum and Energy Conference, Muscat - Oman for the period April 22-24/ 2024.
