The University of Basra held a central celebration on the occasion of its 60th anniversary at the College of Law. The ceremony included a variety of events, including the honoring of distinguished lecturer Dr. Khayoun Ali Mohsen and distinguished employee Mr. Waad Majeed Ghadban at the Palm Research Center.
In keeping with the university's dedication to cultivating knowledge and growth, the ceremony also featured the honoring of two towering palm trees at the Palm Research Center, symbolizing the university's steadfast commitment to excellence and its deep roots in the Basra community
