The College of Law at the University of Basra organized a festival on the effects of drugs and their harm on the individual and society under the patronage of the esteemed President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Mohanad Jawad Kazem, and under the supervision of the honorable Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Aqeel Fadel Hamad Al-Dhahan, with general supervision by the honorable Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Hussein Abdul Qadir Marouf, and direct supervision by Professor Dr. Taysir Ahmed Abl.
