Studying the effect of aqueous and alcoholic extracts on isolated bacterial species in vitro
In vivo. And studying the effect of the prepared extracts on cancer cells using a cell line.
The letter concluded that the negative bacterial isolates in the current study were multi-resistant to antibiotics, but they were sensitive to aloe vera gel extracts, and that the alcoholic extract had better inhibitory activity on bacteria than the aqueous extract. In addition, the efficiency of aloe vera gel extracts in inhibiting the growth of cancer cell lines and its lack of effect on normal cells. .
The study recommended
Conducting studies on extracting and purifying other compounds from Aloe Vera leaves and gel and evaluating their biological effectiveness, as well as using them as therapeutic alternatives in treating wounds, and moving towards using Aloe Vera extracts in treating cancerous diseases.
