Prof. Dr. Abbas Hanoun Al-Assadi, a professor at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Department of Computer Information Systems, received an honor from the President of the Arabian Gulf Academy for Maritime Studies, Marine Staff Lieutenant General Dr. Ahmed Omran Abd, for his efforts in organizing and preparing the Academy’s model brochures conforming to the organization’s requirements. International Maritime (IMO) within the principle of cooperation and services provided by University of Basrah at the level of state departments in Basrah Governorate in general.
