Under the patronage of the chancellor of Basrah University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail Al-Hamdi, the University of Basrah - College of Medicine is holding a workshop entitled PCR primer design for 2 days
The workshop started today Monday 21/9/2020 and included two lectures, the first lecture was theoretical and entitled (General features of PCR primers), while the second was a practical lecture and entitled (How to find a nucleotide sequence in GenBank)
There will be two lectures tomorrow Tuesday 22/9/2020, the first is theoretical lecture and entitled (A step_by_step guide to designing PCR primers) and the second is a practical lecture and entitled (Primer Design and Check for Specification)
