Dr. Abed Al- Kathem Naser has presented a seminar titled "the rules and design foundations of public and homes gardens" that hold in Horticulture and Landscape department at Agriculture College. Dr. Naser has explained in detail the followed systems of garden design including Agriculture college gardens as well as the importance of public gardens (parks) for urban cities. Also, he recommended in his seminar to expand the green area in Basrah city and increase the park's number by following the known design foundations of public gardens in the world.
