The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah has begun the competitive examination for students applying for postgraduate studies for the current year. Applicants for postgraduate studies at the college took the competitive examination for master’s and doctoral studies in the Departments of Computer Science and the Department of Computer Information Systems, where they competed for doctoral seats in The Computer Department (7), the Systems Department (2), the Master’s seats in Computer Science (22), and the Systems Department (10). It is worth noting that the doctoral study in the Systems Department is a new innovation for the academic year 2024-2025. The college has prepared all the necessary requirements for the success of the competitive exam. Appropriate conditions were created for students during the examination period, and the examination was conducted with a high smoothness in accordance with ministerial instructions at the required academic level.
