The researcher A.M. participated Adi Muhammad Hassan Qasim from the Department of Marine Vertebrates at the Marine Science Center in the symposium (Coastal Environment and Marine Development) held by the Department of Scientific Affairs at the University of Basra in cooperation with the Marine Science Center.
His participation included giving a lecture entitled *The possibility of establishing a marine fish hatchery in Basra Governorate*
The lecture aimed to implement some of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2020-2030.
The lecture included providing those interested with information and skills for the purpose of their involvement in development programs and increasing their experience in the field of marine fish multiplication and marine fish hatchery design, and identifying the needs and skills required for the success of marine fish farming projects in Basra as a strategic option due to the peculiarity that characterizes Basra as it is located on the Arabian Gulf.
