Professor Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, a professor at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah , headed a committee formed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to establish a doctoral study at the College of Pharmacy (University of Mosul). The committee reviewed all preparations and priorities related to the establishment in accordance with the instructions in force for establishing postgraduate studies, including the availability of an integrated teaching staff of holders of scientific titles in the required specializations.
