In continuation of the approved procedures for filling vacant seats in the 2024/2025 postgraduate admission plan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi approved reopening of rotation for successful applicants on the general admission channel and the private expense channel to fill vacant seats in the private expense channel that were previously rotated from the admission channels. The decision includes a time limit extending to five working days starting from 8/21/2024 until 8/28/2024, and the colleges themselves are responsible for announcing the vacant seats on their websites, and the rotation is based on an electronic request from the applicant student himself.
