According to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the mechanism for examining drugs and psychotropic substances, we attach the following steps:
1- Access the form link below.
2- The form fields are filled out electronically by the student and a colored paper copy is withdrawn by him for the purpose of stamping it by the college\department in which he is accepted.
3- Review the hospital (Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital) in Basra Governorate exclusively according to the instructions of the Ministry, by the student, bringing with him the form stamped above and conducting the examination (and not receiving the result manually by the student).
4- Receiving the examination results shall be exclusively by the university's authorized person.
