The Deanship of the Faculty of Fine Arts, represented by Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, awarded a certificate of thanks and appreciation to assistant professor Dr. Qasim Jalil Mahdi from Wasit University – Faculty of Fine Arts in recognition of his scientific contributions to the educational process and in discussing the master's thesis of student Ashraf Talal Ali from Basra University, which carried the title of employing the mark of authority for anti-speech in the contemporary Iraqi formation.
