In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Prophet, sent as a mercy to the worlds, and upon his pure family and righteous companions My brothers and sisters, respected members of the Marine Science Center With the advent of a new academic year, I extend to you all my sincere congratulations and blessings, praying to God Almighty that this year will be a year of goodness and blessings, a year full of scientific giving and a continuation of the creative work that has been done in the past years and the bright results that have resulted from it. Dear brothers and sisters Today, I address you with a sense of responsibility as the basis of the educational research process, and I call on you to be patient, persevere, and to be characterized by the morals that are appropriate to your scientific and cognitive level as professors and university employees. I hope that you will not make routine work a goal in itself, but rather the ultimate goal is excellence, leadership, and antiquity, and setting a good example in our esteemed university. Finally, I address all the center's cadres, including professors, technicians, and administrators, and remind them of their responsibilities before God and before the homeland in mastering the tasks assigned to them, each in what concerns him, and I call on them to redouble their efforts in order to raise the level of our university and advance it to the ranks of successful model universities in our national environment, and even at the regional and international levels.
