The Faculty of Science at the University of Basra held a celebration on the occasion of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in the Central Conference Hall in the presence of the dean of the Faculty of Science, Dr. Majid Nouri, assistants, heads of departments, and a number of faculty staff and students. The ceremony included the fragrant biography of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), poems, and cultural speeches related to the occasion.
