participated in a workshop on analyzing and inventorying threats and preparing the first report that will be submitted to UNESCO, which was held in the Basra Environment Directorate, and organized by the Iraqi Marshlands and Wetlands Revitalization Center affiliated with the Ministry of Water Resources.
The workshop included discussing the results of field surveys, laying the foundations for the monitoring program, and discussing and preparing the first report on inventorying and analyzing threats in the natural components of the marshlands World Heritage property, in cooperation with the Arab Regional Center for World Heritage.
