Dentistry's College Dean at Basrah University, Assistant Professor Dr. Fateh Abdul Sahib Al-Khaqani, honored the practicing doctor Hassan Abdul Redha Abdullah from Basra Governorate, with the Shield of Excellence and Creativity for winning first place in the Third International Karbala Award for Reciting and Memorizing the Holy Quran, which was held in the Holy Husseini Shrine.
